These terms apply to the services provided by ION Consultancy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales and based in London. They cover our coaching, consulting and AI automation work. We provide professional coaching, consulting and automation services. Coaching is a thinking and development partnership and is not therapy, counselling or medical advice. Consulting and AI automation are delivered to an agreed scope. The specific work, timeline and fees for any engagement are confirmed in writing before we start.
Fees are agreed in advance and set out in your proposal or booking confirmation. Unless agreed otherwise, payment terms are confirmed at the point of booking. For coaching packages, sessions are booked and paid for as agreed at the outset of the engagement.
If you need to reschedule a session or meeting, we ask for reasonable notice so the time can be offered elsewhere. Sessions cancelled at short notice may be charged or treated as used, as set out in your engagement agreement. We will always try to be fair and flexible where circumstances are genuinely unavoidable.
What is discussed in coaching and consulting is treated as confidential. We will not share the content of our work with anyone without your agreement, except where we are required to by law or where there is a serious risk of harm. Where we work within an organisation, the boundaries of confidentiality are agreed clearly at the start.
Our work is most effective when it is a genuine partnership. You remain responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take as a result of our work together. Coaching and consulting support your thinking and judgement; they do not replace it.
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, ION Consultancy Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Any materials, frameworks or deliverables we create remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. You are granted the right to use deliverables produced for you for their intended purpose.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised.
