ION was built on close to two decades in corporate technology, including senior roles inside global technology companies. That experience shapes how we work. We have seen how big technology decisions get made in real businesses, and how often the systems beneath them are not as solid as they look.
We started ION to close a gap we kept seeing. AI tools were spreading through businesses faster than anyone could track, with no consistent governance, no clear ownership, and growing costs no one could explain. VISTA was built to answer that. Alongside the AI Advisory work, our coaching practice supports leaders and professionals through the human side of change, with the same clarity and structure.
